I met Hector M. Yepis August of 2009 when I was at my wits end in regards to my condo.
As with many individuals I bought my home not understanding the rules...so I found myself backed against a wall, my interest rates were far exceeding my income.
Being a Single mother, I was supporting both my boys going to school and I had a decrease in salary.

I was told in the beginning that BOA would not agree to a short sale by another realtor and an attorney advised me to "just claim bankruptcy" (easy for him to say it was not his credit at stake), but I was determined to fight for a short sale and in the end that is exactly what Hector was able to accomplish!
Hector was able to get the Short Sale approval and a RELEASE of the deficiency balance too, just like he told me!!
I would highly recommend Hector M. Yepis to any one that is to selling their home: he has integrity and he is tenacious, not to mention kind and respectful.....a hard combo to find these days.
