Aloha & Thank you for stopping by my "Ohana" page. My name is Hector M. Yepis and I have been a Realtor here on Maui since 2004. I originally moved here from San Diego just with a one-way ticket to paradise. I only intended to stay about 6 months while I was training to be a "Captain" of Roys Restaurant in Kahana. After about 6 months, of living here in paradise, it was very obvious to me, I wanted to stay.
I am a single father of 4 beautiful children, 3 daughters & 1 Son. I have 3 grand children living in San Diego who I visit a couple times a year. I have been doing Real Estate FULL TIME since 2007, specializing in South Maui Real Estate. The relationship between a home buyer or seller and their Real Estate Agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding.
